I actually got back on the 14th; but I've been trying to get everything in order. So I haven't been on much until now.

I want to thank everyone who has faved my stuff while I was away. I really appreciate it.
Also, I will get to everyone who has posted a comment or a reply.
I can see that a lot of changes have come to DA. So far, I'm liking what I'm seeing.

There are a lot of bugs, especially in IE; but I expect those to be fixed soon enough.

Too bad we non-subscribers still can't post thumbnails, I think. Let's do a test.

Nope.... Too bad. If DA had let us display thumbnails, we would be better able to do things like give features or use our own emotes without a PLZ account.

By the way, I have finally gotten around to making PLZ accounts for two of my deviations.

Now you can visually wish your friend a happy birthday and demonstrate your love for Kingdom Hearts and Paopu Fruit.

Now I am going to start work on some deviations.

I know that I haven't been keeping up with everyone's comments and favs and things; and I haven't been submitting anything. I will be back. I'm just dealing with a lot of things and fiddling around with getting a little site up.

But I'm going to be truly away for 3 weeks, meaning I definitely won't be here during that time. After that, I hope to come back with some more pixel art.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has commented and/or faved and to thank the people who have used my avatars and followed the rules.

Ugh...I've been soooo tired lately..... I will get some more avatars done soon. I promise. Thanks to everyone who has been using my avatars and following my rules. Some people aren't giving any credit........

Anyway, my sub is going to be gone soon. I was kind of counting on the results of the Chinese New Year Pixel Art contest; but those haven't come in yet due to the fact that Shone Gold is ill...
And now I'm too late to participate in that other contest.... So I'll have to hunt around for another one...

When I logged in today, I went to my message box and was puzzled when I saw that everyone had the same avatar!
"How could that be so?" I thought.
Suddenly, I had a thought...... Was it a hacker?!!! Has DA been hacked?! (I've heard of such things on other sites before. The entire system wasn't hacked; but some small aspects were.)

I realized that I hadn't taken the time to look at my own icon; and I switched to my profile page. I became mildly alarmed when I saw that I too sported the infamous "So I herd u liek Mudkips!!" logo.
So I went to edit my profile and put my icon back; but, suddenly, I realized that I couldn't edit my avatar!!! The vandal had struck and stuck hard asking in a taunting manner,"you dont liek Mudkips?"

Giving a defeated sigh until DA fixed the matter, I clicked on the News to see what everyone else was saying on the matter.
"What?! It's a prank?!" Was my cry!

They got me good! Ha ha ha!

It gets a little annoying when I'm trying to read the messages in the message box; but I have to admit that it was a good prank.

Besides, I do like Mudkips.

I just like Pikachu the best!

Let's start a petition to put in Pikachu avatars instead!!!!
PIKACHU! PIKACHU! PIKACHU!

Although, I do like Stitch and Belle better...... Hmm.....tough choice..... LOL

In other news, I added some boxes to my journal to make it easier to read. I also added a method for putting dates under the titles to keep from totally confusing people when I keep old sections of my journals in with the new.
It's a little plain and stark; but it gets the job done until I can figure a way to refine it better.
